Founding partner of Green Kinash Jakes Real Estate Group, John Green has been passionately working in real estate for over a decade under the principal of "not your typical REALTOR®".
From working on a commercial fishing boat in Alaska to working in cinematography on Hollywood's biggest films in Vancouver, John believes his career and life experiences has prepared him to guide his clients in all their endeavors.
His entrepreneurial side has lead him to build several multi-family projects, rezone and subdivide properties, and market and sell the Penticton's largest subdivision to date.
While the team is one of the most successful in the South Okanagan, John is most proud of the personal attention every client gets believing that our clients are our responsibility. The "Clients before commissions" attitude has grown our business faster then we could have ever imagined.
John is married to an incredible and patient women and has 2 girls that keep him busy and proud. Coaching his girls fastball, volleyball and track has hurt his golf game immensely but he said its worth it! John's latest accomplishment is back to back curling club champions although he is the weakest player on the team.
Real estate is a serious business but we have fun doing it!

My Perspective on Real Estate
The built environment industry is one that excites me every day. With years of academic and work experience in this field, I feel very fortunate to say I love what I do.
My interest in the built environment industry began at an early age. I was especially drawn to the business of real estate and the creative aspect of architectural design. To be an expert consultant in Real Estate, I have always believed that one requires experience within the entire scope of the Built Environment field. In order to represent an individual in the purchase or sale of land/buildings, the representative should be able to comprehend the conditions of the land and understand how building structures are assembled.
A student of building design. A student of property development. A practitioner of building design. A practitioner of real estate development. A practitioner of real estate purchase and sales. I am very proud to say I embody all of these credentials.
My intention is always to deliver expert service. Real estate is not a simple commodity exchange and should not be approached in such a way. To buy and sell real estate is life changing. My desire is to assist you, offer you my expertise and be part of your journey. All I ask is for you to put your trust in me and I will deliver!

I believe my family and I live in the most beautiful part of the world, the South Okanagan, BC, Canada. Everyday we wake up feeling blessed to live in a community of people who genuinely love where they live as much as we do. With incredible weather in the fall, spring and summer, and the serene landscapes of the Okanagan Valley year round, there is no better place to call home.
I moved to the South Okanagan from Vancouver at the beginning of 2013. I had enjoyed what the South Okanagan had to offer part-time in 2012, and I made the decision to move permanently with the intent of pursuing love and happiness. My dreams were soon realized after finding my soul mate and wife, Zara, and shortly after, having our daughter Lilya Karma.
It feels so rewarding to know that my family and I will grow and make our memories in the beautiful South Okanagan. We have so far made the most treasured friends and we look forward to making many more.

Since becoming licenced in 1981, Keith has built an impressive career marketing and selling all aspects of real estate with particular emphasis in the areas of commercial, investment and agricultural properties.

In 1993 Bruce realized his goal was to find the best place to live and raise a family when he moved to Penticton. Penticton has so much to offer from the wonderful beaches, fabulous biking and hiking areas to Apex ski hill, that Bruce, his wife and 5 daughters have had endless opportunities to explore.
Bruce has volunteered as a fire fighter and on the Apex ski patrol for many years, in order to give back to the community that he feels has given so much to him. With the support of his wife he is always able to dedicate himself to achieve his goals in every aspect of his life. Not one to sit he is always looking for the next challenge or opportunity.

In fact when I was deciding what to study in University it was my ability to serve customers that directed me toward completing my Bachelors in Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. I have an extensive background in the financial services industry that helps me understand the ins and outs for both sides of a real estate deal. I also have the opportunity to continue to learn everyday to make sure our clients feel supported through their experience with the Green Kinash Real Estate Group.

Manpreet is a lifelong resident of the Okanagan. Her parents emigrated from India and chose Penticton as the perfect destination to raise a family. Manpreet grew up in Penticton and graduated from Princess Margaret Secondary School. She has strong connection to the Indian community and has maintained a strong relationship with the diaspora throughout the Okanagan Valley.
Manpreet has operated as an executive assistant for the last three years. Her success with this line of work was complemented by the years she spent in the customer service industry. Manpreet understands the importance of effective communication and is always looking for opportunities to strengthen professional relationships for the betterment of her team and the clients we service.
Real estate has been an interest of Manpreet’s from a young age. She was very excited with the prospect of working in the industry as an executive assistant for the Green Kinash Real Estate Group. Manpreet believes that her future career will be in the field of real estate. She wishes to gain a better understanding through her current position as an assistant in order that she can become more involved in the real estate market. Her goal is to eventually obtain her real estate license and begin serving the South Okanagan with the best property team, Green Kinash.
